As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the scenic open view from our spacious room balcony. The working fireplace added a cozy touch. The staff was helpful and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel's location near Pozar springs and a vineyard was a pleasant surprise. The rooms and restaurant area were spotless, and the WiFi worked well. The fire alarm added to our sense of security. a hidden jewel with friendly atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The pool was overcrowded with non-guests, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

The hotel had a beautiful indoor pool and outdoor pool which were both well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful in organizing transportation for us to hot springs and other locations. The location of the hotel was great, it was away from the main roads which meant it was quiet, yet it was not too far from key locations. The bed was very comfortable which provided an excellent night's sleep.

The walls of the hotel were thin which meant that we could hear the phone ring at reception whenever someone called which was a bit frustrating. , some of the guests who were not staying at the hotel were using the facilities which meant that the pool area was crowded and noisy at times.

Views of the mountains, free WiFi, and a chef on site. A wide range of facilities and a restaurant. Free parking. A hotel that caters to my needs.

Loved the noisy youngsters at the crowded pool, and the sleepless nights in the sauna-like room without air conditioning. So refreshing!
